Diana practices Intuitive and Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Remedial and Hot Stone Massage. Diana studied Soul Alchemy in 2000, combining Kinesiology, Huna, NLP, E.F.T, Crystal healing.

Shamanic training in England and Australia, Rebirthing, Trauma Informed Breathwork and other healing modalities can also be included.

Diana incorporates all or some these modalities in each massage, balancing body, mind and spirit or she can work on specific physical /emotional problems or injuries.

Diana is also a trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, working one on one and in group facilitation. using gentle conscious connected breathing techniques, touch, movement and energetic support to help process and release trauma stored in the body, Breathwork is Guided and supported to create mindfulness and self regulation, ensuring individuals can navigate their healing and experiences at their own pace in safety and support.

She prefers to do 2 hour appointments, as each part of the body interconnects and this gives time to work on the body as a whole, for maximum results. 

SOUL JOURNEY

Soul Journey is a day emersion of meditation, connection in Nature usually a walk to a sacred site, Elemental Dance, Massage and Breathwork to connect you to new direction & forward movement.

Included will be a personal art piece to hold the power and elements  of the journey.
