Diana Belot has worked in Massage and Healing for over 30 years.    

  She is passionate about caring for new & long-term clients to enhance their wellbeing.

Each session is unique to the clients needs to bring balance to Body Mind & Spirit. Diana has many years experience and training in different modalities.

Soul Alchemy is a combination of Kinesiology, Huna, EFT And Energetic Healing releasing blocks and old patterns that stop you from living your full potential.

Soul Journey is a day emersion of meditation, connection in Nature, Dance, Massage to connect you to new direction & forward movement.

      Dancing Freedom                                  

Diana is an embodied Conscious Dance  Facilitator.

    She has been holding workshops and classes since 2007. Dancing Freedom is a freeform conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental guided wave through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. All guidance is optional, you can just come and dance with whatever you feel to move with or be taken on a journey.

                          No experience needed                            

Regular Classes :

 7pm-9.15pm

3rd Saturday of month at Bilarong Community Hall North Narrabeen.

Dance Alchemy

 Workshop & retreat based emersion incorporating  different modalities of Conscious Dance & Healing, Diana has embodied over many years.

These include Biodanza 3yrs training, 10 years regular classes. Nia 12 years teaching  and training, Dancing Freedom, 5 Rhythms workshops & classes over 10yrs, years supporting teachers from Sydney & Overseas, Soul Motion & Open Floor.
